Who We Are

At E-Masonry, we believe in the power of community to transform lives. We are dedicated to helping individuals grow intellectually, spiritually, and morally through the study of philosophy, wisdom, and symbolism.

The Three Great Lights of E-Masonry - "Let there be light."

In Masonic tradition, the "Three Great Lights" are fundamental symbols of truth and guidance:

  • The Holy Bible – A symbol of divine wisdom.
  • The Square – Representing morality and virtue.
  • The Compass – Signifying the boundaries of behavior and the pursuit of personal growth.

"The degree, in its primitive meaning, signifies a step. The degrees of Freemasonry are, then, the steps by which the candidate ascends from a lower to a higher condition of knowledge."

  • Albert G. Mackey, The Encyclopedia of Freemasonry, 1873

Our Degrees of Knowledge and Growth

Much like Freemasonry, E-Masonry follows a structured path of personal development through three degrees, each one representing a deeper level of understanding and enlightenment.

1° - Entered Apprentice: The Body

To begin the journey in E-Masonry, candidates must meet clear physical, moral, and spiritual qualifications. The first step is an earnest belief in a Creator (The Light) and the Soul. Candidates must request and complete a petition to join and must be approved by the community.

2° - Fellow Craft: The Mind

The second degree focuses on expanding knowledge and applying wisdom to both personal character and societal improvement. E-Masons study the Seven Liberal Arts and Sciences, which include:

  • Grammar
  • Rhetoric
  • Logic
  • Arithmetic
  • Geometry
  • Music
  • Astronomy
This degree encourages intellectual development, encouraging the Masons to use their knowledge for personal and social advancement.

3° - Master Mason: Perfecting the Soul

The third degree is centered on spiritual growth and self-perfection. The Trowel, a powerful Masonic symbol, represents the spreading of love, cements ties among Masons, and signifies the connection between the Soul and the Spirit. This degree emphasizes the importance of love, unity, and the creative, building spirit within every Mason.

Why Secrets Matter

Secrets are essential to preserving the integrity of Masonic teachings. By understanding and protecting these secrets, Masons maintain a connection to the esoteric knowledge passed down through the ages.
